Susan D. Sweat M.D.

Dr. Susan D. Sweat joined Kansas City Urology Care on January 1, 2004. She graduated from Baker University in 1990 and received her medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine in 1994. She completed her urologic training at the Mayo Clinic in 2000. She was a staff physician in the Department of Urology at Mayo Clinic for three and a half years before moving back to Kansas City. She has authored and co-authored many articles and abstracts in the field of urology.

Dr. Sweat treats all aspects of urology including kidney stone disease, urologic cancers, benign prostate conditions and incontinence. She has been certified by the American Board of Urology since 1992. She is a member of the American Medical Association, American Urological Association, National Association For Continence and the Society of Women in Urology. She is licensed in both Missouri and Kansas.
