Jack D. Moore M.D., Ph.D. — Emeritus

Dr. Moore received his M.D. and Ph.D. from the University of Missouri in 1970. He completed his urology residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center.

He is a clinical assistant professor at the University of Kansas Medical Center, Urology Section, and has been actively participating in the training of urology residents for the last 25 years.

Dr. Moore has been certified by the American Board of Urology since 1977 and is a member of the American Urological Association, the American Medical Association, the Metropolitan Medical Society and the Kansas City Urological Society.
