Frank J. Albani, MD, FACS

Dr. Frank Albani has provided compassionate urologic care to the Northland since 1978. He received his undergraduate degree from St. Louis College of Pharmacy in St. Louis, Missouri and worked as a pharmacist while obtaining his medical degree from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. After completing his surgical internship at Kansas City General Hospital, he served in the United States Navy as a medical officer for two years. He then completed his urology training at the University of Kansas Medical Center.

Dr. Albani currently serves on the board of trustees of Liberty Hospital and is a board chairman Dr. Frank Albani has served as president of the medical staff as well as chief of surgery for several terms at Liberty Hospital. Because of his continued service and commitment to the community, he received the prestigious Russel H. Stocksdale Distinguished Service Award at Liberty Hospital as well.

He is a board certified with American Board of Urology and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

Dr. Albani has a vast experience in all aspects of general urology. He has special interests in urologic oncology, prostate problems (benign and malignant), stone disease, incontinence, microscopic vasectomy reversals and "no scalpel" vasectomies. Throughout his career, he has committed to providing patients with the latest innovative treatments in a caring manner.
