KCUC Provides Office-Based Vasectomy Procedures

February 27, 2015 — Overland Park, KS — Kansas City Urology Care is pleased to be able to provide office-based vasectomy procedures, under anesthesia, as part of our men’s health services.  This is a safe and effective procedure when performed by Board Certified Urologists like those at Kansas City Urology Care.

For an out-patient sedated vasectomy, the treating urologist would bring the patient to our new Endoscopy Center at I-435 & Nall in Overland Park, KS where one of our Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) will administer a moderate sedative.  We are happy to be able to bring this service to our patients for their comfort during the procedure and to reduce any anxiety.
