3 KCUC Physicians Receive 435SouthMagazine “Top Doctors Awards”

January 24, 2013 — Leawood, KS, — Congratulations are in order for 3 Kansas City Urology Care physicians, Mark Austenfeld, MD; David Bock, MD and John Strickland, MD. They were within the 6 doctors specializing in urology selected in 435SouthMagazine’s “Top Doctors 2013” peer-reviewed survey.

For the “Top Doctors 2013” survey, more than 5,000 licensed doctors in Kansas and Missouri were asked which doctors they would send a member of their family to within the area.  Each doctor surveyed was allowed to recommend up to 3 colleagues in each given physician specialty.  Once the ballots were complete, nominees were carefully evaluated on the basis of the survey results, the legitimacy of their licenses and their current standings with the Kansas and Missouri medical boards.

The physicians and staff of KCUC would like to salute the achievements of these three physicians. We feel that they personify our mission to provide our patients with sympathetic treatment and quality medical care in a timely fashion … at a cost that is both fair and reasonable. We are gratified that our peers in the medical community have granted these awards.
